As a Consulting Engineer you will provide technical and consultative leadership for solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements. Delivery of technical architectural design, strategies and plans for engagements, conduct design workshops, define IAM road map, define enterprise integrations for a risk landscapeKey ResponsibilitiesPrincipal Accountabilities:Provides technical and consultative leadership for IAM solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements. Delivery of technical architectural design, strategies and plans for engagements. Technical expert in leading pre-sales meeting or presentations.Implementation of SecurID solutions at customer sites. Design, develop, implement and test associated components.Function as technical lead. Ability to supervise staff and plan/assign work on project engagements. Leads project quality assurance activities, including technical QA reviewsEstablish relationship with client technical counterparts. Participates in client meetings related to development efforts. Work in conjunction with RSA PS colleagues to ensure effective resolution of technical issues encountered during implementationsPrepares, maintains and submits activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures. Keeps project managers informed of activities, alerting of any issues promptly. Completes end-of-project reports while adhering to margin, planning and SOW requirementsUnderstands that travel and/or flexible working hours may be required for project implementation depending on customer requirementsQualificationsSkills:Strong communication (written and verbal) along with interpersonal skillsQuick learner and great team player.Experience is leading technical initiatives and mentoring peersClear, in-depth understanding of IAM domainStrong API Knowledge, Scripting (Python, PowerShell), IAM products and technologies, including LDAP/AD, SAML, SSO, MFA, PKIExcellent knowledge of information and network security fundamentalsStrong working knowledge of SecurID productsA strong desire to learn, grow and become a leader within the technology industryEducation & Experience:Proven track record with 10+ years of experience in software consulting or IT services with focus on Identity and Access ManagementHands-on experience in associated technologies including database (preferably Oracle), LDAP, Java, Linux and application serversPublic Sector Experience – consulting and services into the US Federal Government (DoD or Civilian Agencies)Active Polygraph and/or the ability to obtain additional DoD clearances is REQUIRED.Development experience (Java, PowerShell, Shell) is highly desirableOne or more of the following certificates is a significant plus: RHCE, CISSP, CEH, OSCP, Security+, ITILAgile and Waterfall project experienceShort-term and Long-term DisabilityLife Insurance401 (k) Retirement PlanFlexible Time OffAbout the CompanyMission First Cyber (M1C) is a U.S. Cyber Security Value-Added Reseller and Professional Services provider that is committed to strengthening the security posture of Government and Commercial organizations.
