What You’ll Do Lead and Inspire: Guide a talented team of print production professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Oversee Production: Manage the entire print production process, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery. Collaborate: Work closely with internal and external teams, such as; designers, client services, and vendors to bring creative visions to life. Optimize: Continuously improve processes, implement best practices, and drive efficiency in production workflows. Problem-Solve: Tackle challenges head-on with a solutions-oriented mindset. What We’re Looking For 5 years' experience in print production management, with a deep understanding of print technologies and processes (sheet fed digital print, large format print preferred). Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team. Experience with lean manufacturing principles, MRP/ERP systems and manufacturing safety practices. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional print products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
