This role is suited for a seasoned banker with strong client relationships, transaction leadership experience, and a demonstrated ability to originate, structure, and execute complex strategic and financing transactions.The Managing Director will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, boards, and sponsors, while playing a key role in shaping firm strategy, mentoring teams, and expanding the firm's market presence. Primary ResponsibilitiesOriginate and lead strategic advisory, M&A, and capital markets transactions across public and private marketsServe as the primary senior‑level relationship manager for clients, advising executives and boards on strategic, financial, and capital structure decisionsGenerate and sustain approximately $10MM+ in annual revenue production through client coverage, transaction origination, and execution leadershipDrive new business development through existing relationships, referrals, and proactive idea generationLead transaction strategy, structuring, valuation approach, and overall execution process from mandate through closingProvide senior oversight of diligence, negotiations, documentation, and coordination with legal, accounting, and other advisorsOversee and review financial models, valuation analyses, and marketing materials to ensure consistent institutional qualityLead pitch development and presentation delivery to clients, boards, sponsors, and investment committeesPartner closely with internal teams across advisory, capital markets, research, and sales functions to optimize client outcomesMaintain and expand relationships with institutional investors, strategic acquirers, and financial sponsorsRecruit, mentor, and develop senior and junior bankers, fostering a high‑performance and collaborative cultureContribute to firm leadership, strategic planning, revenue growth initiatives, and platform expansionEnsure compliance with all regulatory, fiduciary, and ethical standards Qualifications / RequirementsBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferredExtensive experience (typically 12+ years) in investment banking, with demonstrated Managing Director-level origination and execution leadershipProven track record of advising clients on complex strategic or financing transactionsStrong understanding of M&A processes, capital markets dynamics, and transaction structuringEstablished network of senior corporate, sponsor, and investor relationshipsAbility to lead complex discussions at the executive and board levelDemonstrated success building and managing teams and contributing to firm‑wide growthExceptional communication, judgment, and presentation skillsHigh ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to client serviceRequired FINRA registrations held or eligible
