Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Preschool / ClinicLocation: Manteca, CAJob Type: Part-time to Full-timeSchedule: Monday-FridayJob SummaryAscend's Little Miracles Program is seeking a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support our community-based preschool program serving children ages 18 months-3 years with developmental delays, learning differences, sensory processing needs, and communication disorders. This will start on a part-time basis, but targeting full-time to build you caseload.The RBT will provide ABA-based interventions under the supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support children's growth and development in a fun, structured environment.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesImplement behavior intervention plans as designed by a BCBA/BCaBAProvide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a preschool/community settingCollect and document accurate data and session notesSupport children with daily routines, transitions, communication, and social skillsAssist with diapering, toileting, and maintaining a clean and safe environmentCollaborate with teachers, therapists, and familiesFollow all company policies, safety procedures, and ethical guidelinesMinimum QualificationsActive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 1 year experience working with children ages 0-5CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)Comfortable with hands-on care including diaper changingReliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team Preferred QualificationsExperience working with children with special needs or in early interventionBilingual (preferred, not required)Coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or ABA BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k)Paid time offOngoing supervision, mentorship, and professional supportLetters of recommendation available for continuing educationAbout Ascend Rehab Inc.At Ascend, we believe every day holds the possibility of a miracle.
