Summary: In collaboration with a Registered Dietitian, provides nutrition care through the Nutrition Care Process, by nutrition screening, data collection, and implementation of the Dietitian’s nutrition care plan. Supports food services in the provision of quality meals that are nutritionally adequate and therapeutically accurate. Ensures resident satisfaction, quality care, and regulatory agency compliance are achieved through the safe and efficient use of resources. Promotes a culture of wellness for residents.
