Role Title: Sr. Project ManagerLocation: Reno, NVRole Type: Direct, full-time, long-term positionPay: $150k-190k depending on experienceWork Authorization: US Cit, Green CardKeys/notes:Industry is a large commercial construction General Contractor.Project is a big hotel/casino/arena like resort, so having larger scale commercial construction experience, preferably hotels, resorts, stadiums.OverviewWe're seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead high-impact commercial construction projects on behalf of one of our top-tier clients known for delivering complex, large-scale builds. This organization has built a reputation for executing landmark projects with precision, strong leadership, and a collaborative team culture. You’ll play a critical role driving projects from early planning through final delivery while working alongside experienced construction professionals.ObjectiveTake full ownership of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring seamless coordination, strong financial performance, and successful delivery of complex builds including arena and large hospitality developments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project execution across all phases, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and cost expectationsOversee subcontractor performance, contract administration, and field coordination effortsManage project schedules and budgets using established tools and reporting systemsCollaborate with internal teams including superintendents, coordinators, and leadership to drive progressEnsure successful project closeout, including documentation, client handoff, and final deliverablesQualifications10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projectsProven background delivering arena construction or large hospitality projectsStrong experience with Primavera or similar scheduling toolsDemonstrated leadership overseeing multiple project stakeholders and teamsExperience managing project financials, including forecasting and cost controlKnowledge of MEP systems and integration within commercial buildsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredAbility to lead projects independently with minimal ramp-up time
