Manufacturing Engineer (CNC Machining), you'll be responsible
forbuilding the machining standards, programs, and workflowsthat
allow autonomous metal printing and precision CNC machining to
scale together.---The Work You'll Be DoingIn this role, you
will:Develop, implement, and optimizeCNC programsfor complex metal
componentsProgram, set up, and refine machining operations onDMG
Mori and Haas 5-axis CNC machinesTranslateCAD models and GD&T
drawingsinto efficient, repeatable machining strategiesSelect and
optimize tooling, speeds, feeds, and cutting strategies for
throughput and qualityTroubleshoot machining issues and work
hands-on with machinists to resolve themMaintain CNC program
libraries, documentation, and standardized best practicesDrive
process improvements to reduce cycle times and increase machine
utilizationProvidehands-on technical support and trainingon the
shop floorEnsure compliance with quality, inspection, and safety
standardsThis is afloor-focused manufacturing engineering role ,

problem-solving mindset and collaborative approachPreferred (Not
