The company promotes a flexible work environment, internal career mobility, diversity, and community engagement.About the Opportunity:The Lead Analyst Data Analytics develops and advances reporting and analytics capabilities across business areas such as Workplace Planning and Stock Plan Participant Services. This hands-on role translates business needs into actionable analytics solutions, manages initiatives from requirements gathering through delivery, and establishes scalable reporting practices that support product growth and business performance.Responsibilities:• Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to identify reporting needs, clarify objectives, and define analytical requirements.• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions where existing capabilities do not meet business needs.• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries across multiple systems, including Redshift and Salesforce.• Develop and enhance dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.• Evaluate stakeholder requests and recommend appropriate analytical approaches and solutions.• Manage analytics projects end to end, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation and delivery.• Develop reporting and analytics that identify business opportunities and measure product and operational performance.• Establish standardized reporting processes, data definitions, documentation, and analytical best practices.• Partner with business and technology teams to improve data availability, reporting workflows, and analytical capabilities.• Serve as a subject matter expert and primary analytics resource for assigned products, business areas, or reporting functions.• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and scalability.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related discipline.• Advanced proficiency in SQL with experience performing complex data analysis across multiple systems.• Experience integrating, reconciling, and validating data from multiple sources.• Strong proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders to clarify business requirements and deliver effective analytical solutions.• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in environments with evolving or ambiguous requirements.• Experience managing analytics initiatives from initial concept and requirements through final delivery.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder requirements across teams.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
