Technical Account Coordinator
Position SummaryThe Technical Account Coordinator role is responsible for handling technical tickets, system updates, reporting tasks, and operational support activities for Technical Account Managers. This role ensures technical issues are resolved efficiently, systems remain accurate, and operational work is completed consistently.ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Ticket Execution• Monitor and triage inbound support requests via ticketing systems, shared inboxes, and internal messaging channels• Investigate, troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate technical issues as appropriate• Test fixes, validate outcomes, document actions taken, and close tickets• Identify recurring issues or patterns and escalate systemic concernsSystem Administration & Data Maintenance• Perform user provisioning and access management• Add and update locations, departments, and organizational data• Conduct data cleanup and consistency checks to maintain system accuracyReporting & Operational Support• Generate and distribute recurring operational reports• Review and reconcile data errors• Follow up on report-related questions and discrepanciesPlatform & Tool Support• Support document management and e-signature workflows• Assist with platform functionality and integration issues, including partner coordination• Support third-party tools and integrations as requiredDocumentation & Internal Coordination• Maintain and update internal and customer-facing knowledge base content• Document processes, fixes, and common issues• Escalate risks, blockers, or high-impact issues promptlyQualifications• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, customer operations, or SaaS support roles• Strong troubleshooting and issue triage skills• Experience working with ticketing systems• High attention to detail and comfort with high-volume execution work• Strong written documentation skillsPreferred Qualifications• Experience supporting healthcare, staffing, or workforce platforms• Familiarity with system administration and reporting tools• Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
