WHAT YOU WILL DOMonitor quality and report issues promptly while correctly packaging, racking, or prepping materials to meet customer specifications.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area for efficient operations.Use supplies efficiently and notify appropriate personnel when inventory is low.Load/unload materials safely at line speed, prep surfaces for finishing, and ensure proper adhesion through cleaning tasks.Operate hand tools like sanders and blow-off guns while adhering to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.Perform additional tasks as assigned to support department operations. WHO YOU AREKnowledge of production operations and experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.Ability to read, count, perform simple math equations and accurately measure is required.Previous experience with small hand tools is beneficial. Ability to work in a team or independently.Previous work experience on paint line.
