Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Las Cruces, NM. The Business Development Manager will develop and implement growth strategies, create long-term business relationships, and identify new market opportunities. Day-to-day activities will include generating and qualifying leads, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients. The role also involves monitoring market trends and providing insights to refine business strategies and increase company revenue.
