Experienced Automotive Technician

Job Description Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.Duties:- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical systems, and suspension, various parts, etc.- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify any potential problems or safety concerns- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues- Perform automotive repairs, including engine repairs, brakes, suspension systems, and other automotive components-Operate gas welding equipment to join a variety of metals and alloys; operate acetylene torches for cutting and/or shaping metal parts such as aluminum, cast iron, and steel.- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance recommendations to customers- Keep accurate records of all services performed on vehiclesExperience:- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Automotive Technician- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain systems, tire service, brake repair, and general automotive repair- Experience with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) is a plus- Ability to weld and perform shocks and struts replacements- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to diagnose vehicle issues-ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications preferred-Additional certifications in specific automotive systems or brands are a plus- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customersBenefits:- Competitive pay based on experience- Paid time off and holidaysIf you are a skilled Automotive Technician looking for a new opportunity with a reputable company, we encourage you to apply.
