This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized environment and delivering exceptional guest service.Compensation$11 per hour base pay plus gratuitiesOpportunity to earn $20-$21 per hour total compensation based on business levels and individual performance• Hourly base rate plus tips• Commission opportunities• Consistent scheduling in a luxury environmentPosition SummaryThe Spa Facilitator plays an important role in ensuring a seamless luxury spa experience by maintaining locker room facilities, assisting guests, and supporting daily spa operations.
