Overview In this role you will support existing technology solutions and drive ongoing technology initiatives for Investment Accounting and Corporate Action teams. You will act as Product Owner for internal investment accounting tools, coordinating with users and stakeholders to define needs and prioritize work. You will guide projects through the SDLC, assist with testing and deployment, and work with IT, offshore teams, and vendors to sustain applications. The position emphasizes data analysis, requirements management, and strong collaboration across financial services stakeholders. You will help shape workflows and enhancements to support investment management operations. ResponsibilitiesServe as Product Owner for internal investment accounting tools and advocate for user needs to stakeholdersLead technology projects from requirements gathering to delivery, including testing and ongoing maintenanceBacklog management and prioritization aligned with business teamsDevelop deep understanding of Investment Accounting/Corporate Action workflows and supporting technologyCollaborate with data team to evaluate processes and identify enhancement opportunitiesPerform detailed data analysis and testing as neededCoordinate with IT, on/offshore teams, and third-party vendors to support applications and initiatives Key requirementsMinimum 5 years in project teams within financial services, ideally buy side5 years in business analysis, requirements gathering and documentation3 years experience with Eagle PACE and Eagle STARUnderstanding of accounting data in relation to investment management, trading, performance, compliance and regulatory functionsKnowledge of Corporate Actions and processingUnderstanding of financial instruments and pricing4-year college degree or equivalent work experienceProficiency in data analytics and SQLStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with project management and stakeholder communicationExcellent interpersonal and written communication; team-orientedstrong communicationteam collaborationproblem-solvingEagle PACEEagle STAREagle SRM (preferred)
