Encouraging and collaborative team environment.What You Will DoAs a Digital Strategy Analyst, you will support the Chiller Access Manager (YORK.com/ChillerAccess) feature deployed on numerous chiller products. This will include aspects of customer service, coordination with local sales and service branches, and implementing process improvements for the global team. Primary support focus will be in Europe, Middle East, and Asia. Preferred working hours would include 6AM-9AM EST to be available for these regions.Qualified candidate should possess strong skills such as, organizational abilities, interpersonal communications, and customer service skills. Must have an attention to detail and be able to work closely in a team environment to meet deadlines. Ensures timely and quality responses to both internal and external customers.How You Will Do It Respond to field inquiries that come through phone, email, or the private key request form. Respond to customer/contractor inquiries that come through Contact Us form, 3rd party registration form, equipment owner registration form or other means as needed. Proactively work with field technicians to identify the appropriate equipment owner for Chiller Access Manager-enabled equipment shipping new from the factory. Assist customers/contractors with IT-related issues related to Chiller Access Manager by submitting an IT ticket and providing any required follow-up. Help with launch and training material as Chiller Access Manager is developed for additional products. This includes requirements identification, literature updates, training, field communication, coordination of chiller controls engineering, and platform upgrades. Support sales and service with customer calls as needed.Required QualificationsWhat we look for: Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in servicing internal or external customers. Good communication skills (both verbal and written) to be clear, concise, and compelling while working with customers and employees.Preferred Qualifications Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently with strong problem-solving skills. Organizational skills utilizing web-based collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams with shared files and folders. Previous experience in HVAC/chillers is preferred. Experience with business-based systems, such as Oracle, is preferred.
