In this role, you prepare, assemble, fold, and steam the dumplings that our guests know and love. Working in our show kitchen, you'll help showcase the star of our menu while playing a key role on the kitchen team and in the overall guest experience.Dumpling Prep / Trainees are responsible for preparing dumplings from start to finish. This includes measuring and cutting dough, rolling skins, stuffing, sealing, arranging, and steaming dumplings, while ensuring proper meat and allergen identifiers are added. Upon completion of the program, graduates will transition into the Dumpling Prep role.
