Position: Data Analyst with ExcelLocation: Seattle, WADuration: 12 Months What do you need to start?Able to work in team support servicesExpert level knowledge of ExcelAble to identify errorsAble to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, and comfortable working in a quick turnaround environment, while maintaining accuracy;Ability to be a reliable, hands-on deliverer of quality results;Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in EnglishStrong team-working skills with ability to work independently;Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and working in an unstructured environment;Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion;Attention to detail;Organized, proactive and results oriented What duties will help you grow?Creating, processing, and analyzing volume licensing contractsSupporting worldwide licensing and pricing contracts to ensure compliance and accuracyReviewing agreements and Pricing sheet to help maintain quality and need established policiesSupporting sales software licensing specialists internationallyRecalculating products prices to not standard ones and other custom adjustmentsAssuring that pricing proposal has correct visibility, depending on custom adjustments done by Team memberWorking on standard agreement due to tool limitations or errorsTeam and queue management, end to end ownership of the team’s delivery and queueSupport Quality Audit on completed deals to maintain accuracy and zero defectsRegular meetings with team and sharing feedbackIdentify training gaps and arrange knowledge refresherBackup for Delivery Manager and other leadsSharing daily report with managers and leadershipPerformance review for assigned processorsAbility to deliver formal training, cross training on complex processes in a concise, organized manner to the team members, new hires as an ongoing operational activity
