Apply via Dice today!Pay Rate: $40/hr on W2*************Job Title: Technical WriterLocation: REMOTE/ Bellevue, WADuration: 12+ MonthsKey Responsibilities:Develop and Write Technical Documents: Create, edit, and manage comprehensive technical documents, including cybersecurity white papers, policy documents, and other related materials.Security Policy Writing: Draft and update internal security policies, ensuring they are clear, concise, and in compliance with industry standards and organizational requirements.External Customer-Focused Content: Write and refine external-facing materials on cybersecurity topics, tailored to customer needs and ensuring that content is both accessible and technically accurate.SharePoint Management: Create, update, and maintain SharePoint pages, ensuring content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cybersecurity teams, IT departments, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.Design Experience: Utilize design skills to enhance the visual presentation of documents, ensuring they are both professional and engaging.Independence and Collaboration: Manage projects independently while also being able to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders across the organization.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a large enterprise environment, with a focus on cybersecurity topics.Writing Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and professional content.Cybersecurity Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and terminology, with experience in writing on these topics.Policy Writing: Proven experience in drafting and managing internal security policies.SharePoint Proficiency: Experience in creating and managing content on SharePoint, with a good eye for design and user experience.Design Skills: Basic to intermediate design experience, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite or similar.Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Looking for Technical Writer - REMOTE
