Part-Time Marketing Associate (Social Media + Online Storefronts)
East Coast Media is growing, and we’re looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Part-Time Marketing Associate to help expand our social media presence and strengthen our online sales channels. At this time, this is not a remote role—we’re looking for someone who can work on-site and be involved directly with our products, photography, and creative workflow.
What You’ll Do
You’ll manage and execute our social media marketing and online shopping activity, including:
Social Media & Ads
Create, schedule, and publish posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & Google
Build and manage paid social campaigns (Meta + LinkedIn), including:
Ad creative
Targeting
A/B testing
Performance monitoring and optimization
Track engagement, growth, and ad performance, sharing simple monthly insights
Creative & Content
Oversee social creative from concept to posting
Design graphics for ads, posts, and promos (brand-aligned)
Coordinate and/or capture product and project photography on-site
Maintain a consistent visual style across channels
Online Storefront Management
Create, maintain and update product listings on our online marketplaces. Etsy & Ebay. (including product posting, optimization, and general upkeep)
Ensure listings are accurate, compelling, and visually strong
Research & Help Develop New Products.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
Experience creating social media ads for:
LinkedIn
Instagram
Facebook
Strong understanding of social content best practices and audience engagement
Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
Ability to write clear, professional, on-brand copy
Organized, self-directed, and able to hit deadlines
Ability to work on-site at our NJ location
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Etsy or eBay listings/storefront management
Experience with Google Ad Account
Product photography or light photo editing skills
Familiarity with online retail, print, wide format and promotional products
Hours & Compensation
Part-time (estimated 20 hours/week)
Schedule coordinated with our team on-site
