A company is looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide first-line customer support for supplier clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesResponding to internal and external queries within agreed business SLAs through various communication channels
Developing a comprehensive understanding of the services offered to effectively assist clients and track usage
Scheduling product deliveries and collaborating with the operations team to ensure quality service deliveryRequired QualificationsAvailability to work from 1.00pm to 9.00pm local time
Experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a Business to Business environment
Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools and processes
A strong interest in building a career in a data-driven environment
Ability to investigate issues and think critically to find solutions
