Required Skills: Board-certified or Board-eligible in Urology Proven expertise in urological diagnosis, treatments, and surgical procedures Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Nice to Have Skills: Experience with outreach clinics or remote patient care Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Active state medical license in Wisconsin At least 2 years of clinical Urology practice or relevant fellowship training Other Requirements: System call responsibilities based out of Wausau, approximately 7-10 days per month, including one weekend Flexible scheduling with 36 hours per week, including clinic and operative procedures Potential outreach to Wisconsin Rapids 1-2 days monthly Willingness to discuss and adapt to scheduling needs during interview Willing to travel if necessary Certifications in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) or similar preferred Embark on a fulfilling career path by applying today bring your expertise and passion for urology to make a lasting impact.
