Responsibilities:Participate in the creation of a catalog of key Performance Indicators and the documentation of their supporting business requirements, data models, calculation rules, and metadataLead system feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and new systems designGather and drive stakeholder requirements and product vision through the planning, analysis, Development, and testing phasesTranslate stakeholder requirements into various documentation Deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagramsProvide data and analyses in a timely manner, and verify the accuracy of data analyses produced by self or othersCreate special ad-hoc reports, database queries, and status reportsIncorporate security recommendations into stakeholder requirementsHiring Manager Notes:Based on the job description, what are the must have non-negotiable items that a candidate must have to be successful in this role?The core skills that we need here is someone with requirement gathering, story writing, product testing, and communication.The BSA will be an essential team member, partnering very closely with my TPM and BSA on the team; having someone that can stay on longer term (for the 2 years) would be ideal as the projects we start this year will be going into next year.A basic understanding of the procurement/sourcing process would be great - they don't need a ton of experience in the Procurement function, but some would really help ramp them up more quickly.Skills: What you need to be successful in this role:BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience3-5 years of related work experience with progressively increasing responsibilityAdvanced knowledge of technologies relevant to the engagementAdvanced knowledge of SDLC methodology and UMLAdvanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral)Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysisAdvanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office desktop products
