Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead

Fincons US is seeking a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to support product and engineering teams for a major media & entertainment client. This role is focused on driving Agile delivery, improving team workflows, and helping engineering organizations operate efficiently in fast-paced environments.The ideal candidate will have strong SAFe Agile experience, hands-on expertise with Jira reporting and metrics, and the ability to help teams improve delivery execution and operational efficiency. This role requires someone who can balance Agile best practices with practical project and delivery management.Responsibilities:Drive Agile delivery and execution across engineering and product teamsUse Jira dashboards, reporting, and Agile metrics to monitor delivery health and team performanceIdentify delivery risks, workflow bottlenecks, and cross-team dependenciesHelp improve team processes, operational efficiency, and delivery predictabilitySupport SAFe Agile practices across multiple teamsProvide delivery updates, reporting, and visibility to leadership and stakeholdersQualifications:5+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, or Project Management experienceStrong SAFe Agile experienceStrong hands-on Jira experience, including dashboards, reporting, and metricsExperience supporting engineering and product organizationsStrong understanding of Agile delivery, workflow optimization, and team operationsPreferred:Media & Entertainment industry experience is a plusExperience working with distributed or remote teamsPowered by JazzHR
