Our mission is to inspire individuals to create spaces they love.Role DescriptionAs an Assistant Store Leader Design & Trade at CB2, you will support the store leader in managing daily operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving sales within the New York City Metropolitan Area. This full-time, on-site role involves collaborating with team members, cultivating customer relationships, and fostering a welcoming and creative environment. You will oversee retail sales, provide superior customer service, and contribute to team training and development to enhance both individual and collective success in the store.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers.Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate and fulfill clients’ needs and provide tailored recommendations.Experience in retail sales, including managing and achieving sales targets and delivering a seamless shopping experience.Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.Experience in training and mentoring team members to drive success and professional development.Passion for design, furniture, and home decor, as well as a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.Proactive problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach to challenges.Previous leadership experience in retail or related fields is a plus.
