*Operations Manager *
Wright Traffic Control is signatory to local Labor Unions. The WTC Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring traffic control services supplied to our clients are reliable, well trained, and provide a safe environment for their team to complete their work. WTC Operations Manager reports to the Regional Manager and/or Director of Operations.
*Responsibilities:*
· Manages a team of Field Supervisors, verifying the proper handling of issues in the field and that company procedures are followed
· Generate and complete reports as required
· Meet with clients and address any issues or concerns
· Follow all safety and health rules as it pertains to traffic control
· Build strong customer relationships by meeting with foreman
· Oversee all purchases for the office and in the field
· Ability to respond before and after business hours as needed
· Coordinate, manage and monitor various departments
· Maintain a positive, high morale environment and foster teamwork.
· Maintain proper inventory for smooth operations in the field
· Maintain and account for company vehicles and equipment
· Ability to be proactive, well organized and manager multiple projects
· Additional duties as assigned
*Requirements:*
· Advanced computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office
· Must be able to work closely with senior management
· Experience in managing time and a team of employees
· Excellent communication skills
· Must have a valid driver license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
· Must produce and maintain a negative drug test result
· College degree preferred, will consider a mix of education, prior experience in lieu of college degree.
*Certifications: *
· Complete the ATSSA certification
· Complete additional training such as TCT, TCS and Defensive Driving classes as instructed
