Field Production Manager

We build trust.And we are seeking a Field Production Manager to join our team!This role is about stepping in, bringing clarity, raising standards, and helping us operate at the level we know we are capable of.The RoleThis is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing production from project handoff through completion.You are not just running jobs.You are leading people, improving systems, and setting the tone for how our jobsites operate.You will work closely with ownership, design, and project managers to bring structure, consistency, and accountability to the field.This role has real ownership. You will have the authority to hold standards, implement improvements, and drive accountability across the production team.What You Will DoOversee active projects to ensure they meet our company standard for cleanliness, communication, craftsmanship, and client experienceLead, mentor, and support project managers, installers, and trade partnersIdentify gaps in how we operate and implement solutions that actually stickStrengthen communication between field and office so projects run smoother and expectations are clearConduct post-project reviews to identify what worked, what didn't, and how we improveSet and enforce expectations around jobsite organization, protection, safety, and professionalismStep into problems early, take ownership, and drive them to resolutionBuild trust with clients, team members, and trade partners through consistency and follow-throughPartner with leadership to evaluate SOPs, identify problem areas, and drive continuous improvementDrive change management by rolling out and monitoring improved processes clearly and consistentlyWhat Success Looks LikeWithin your first 6-12 months, you will have:Improved consistency across jobsitesStrengthened communication between field and officeHelped project managers operate with more clarity and confidenceElevated jobsite cleanliness, organization, and professionalismIdentified and implemented process improvements that the team actually followsWho You Are7-10+ years of experience in residential remodeling or high-end constructionStrong field experience with a deep understanding of how jobs actually get builtA leader who holds people accountable while still earning their respectSomeone who moves toward problems instead of avoiding themProcess-minded and able to turn chaos into clarityCalm, direct, and proactive in communicationDetail-oriented and takes pride in doing things the right wayYou take pride in clean, organized, high-performing jobsitesPreferred ExperienceExperience with project management tools such as Monday.com or similarFamiliarity with scheduling, budgeting, and trade partner coordinationEstablished relationships within the local remodeling or construction communitySubmit your resume to Jordan.gray@gogpac.com
