Zoë Chicco’s creations are celebrated for their focus on quality, sustainability, and wearability, offering pieces that can be cherished for a lifetime.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Wholesale Account Executive to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time, on-site role. The role will focus on managing and growing our department store business, while also supporting and selling into a portion of our specialty store accounts, with a strong emphasis on expanding key major retail partnerships. This role reports to the Director of Sales and works closely with the Sales Assistant and internal teams.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage and develop relationships with department store accounts, acting as the primary point of contactSupport and grow a portion of specialty store accounts alongside Majors, with a focus on driving overall wholesale businessEnsure all orders are submitted to production accurately and in a timely mannerGenerate and maintain all materials accounts need to process orders (including UPCs and EDI requirements)Prepare all necessary materials for market appointmentsAnalyze and present weekly selling recaps to the Director of Sales, identifying opportunities and risksManage photo sample requests and product specifications for online partnersProactively communicate with accounts regarding product updates, deliveries, and opportunitiesHandle all special orders and customer requests from buying offices and individual storesAct as liaison between accounts and in-house production team, ensuring deadlines and expectations are metPartner with production and internal teams to track orders, shipping timelines, and resolve issuesProvide in-depth product knowledge and training to buyers and sales associatesIdentify opportunities to drive sales and expand the business within existing accountsTravel to stores to support merchandising, build relationships, and support sales teamsSkills and Requirements:Must have experience in the fine jewelry industry and working with department store accountsProven ability to manage and grow wholesale or major retail accountsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong relationship-building and client management skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailSelf-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independentlyAbility to think quickly, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environmentConfidence in presenting product and sales strategies in a compelling wayStrong understanding of retail math and sales analysisAbility to balance creative, analytical, and administrative responsibilitiesStrong team player with consistent follow-throughStrong visual merchandising sensibilityHigh level of proficiency in ExcelKnowledge of QuickBooks is a plus Benefits:Health insurance including vision, dental, and lifePaid Time Off Paid holidays Retirement plan (401k)Employee discountParental leaveProfessional development assistanceReferral programCasual work environmentLocation:This role is based full-time in our downtown Los Angeles office.
