This role is responsible for supporting flight dispatch, managing full crew scheduling, and coordinating client services to ensure seamless trip execution.You will serve as a key operational link between flight crews, maintenance, and clients ensuring safety, efficiency, and high service standards at all times. This role requires strong attention to detail, composure under pressure, and a collaborative mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesFlight Dispatch & Operations CoordinationSupport flight dispatch activities, including operational coordination and flight followingAssist with real-time monitoring of flights and operational statusCoordinate with pilots, maintenance, and internal teams to ensure smooth operationsCrew SchedulingMaintain full responsibility for crew scheduling across assigned operationsEnsure compliance with FAA duty, rest, and regulatory requirementsManage schedule changes, coverage gaps, and last-minute adjustmentsClient Services & Trip SupportServe as a point of contact for client trip coordination and updatesCommunicate professionally and proactively regarding trip details and changesSupport a high level of service consistent with private aviation standardsOperational Monitoring & Problem SolvingMonitor daily operations in real time and respond to issues as they ariseIdentify and resolve operational conflicts quickly and effectivelyMaintain accurate and organized operational recordsRequired QualificationsFAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate (Dispatch School Graduate) requiredAbility to work on-site at Opa-locka AirportWillingness to work a rotational schedule, including extended and non-standard hoursStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to perform effectively under time pressure in a dynamic environmentExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in aviation operations, dispatch, or crew schedulingFamiliarity with private aviation or charter operations environments
