Job description Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons Assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws and regulations Ensure compliance with age verification and identification procedures Accurately process transactions and handle cash Maintain a clean and organized sales floor Stock inventory and ensure product displays are visually appealing Qualifications: Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers Multilingual skills are a plus Experience in electronics sales, technology sales, or wireless sales is preferred Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is preferred but not required Please note that this position requires compliance with all state and local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
