An Account Manager will work with customers to provide solutions for their auto, home, life, and health insurance needs.Our Account Managers will be trained to provide quality education and customer service to current and potential customers. Account Managers are trained to sell and service Auto, Home, and Life products.We are seeking individuals committed to team work, providing remarkable customer service, demonstrating a willingness to learn, and a daily commitment to success! Account Managers may be promoted to Agency owners after 18 months, if completing the State Farm Agent Aspirant Management Program.Requirements- Sales- Networking- Business to business prospecting- Telemarketing (outbound phone calls)- Lead Management- Customer Service- Meeting sales minimums and expectations- Social Media Management- Administrative Work- Billing, collections, and account receivables- Customer relationship management and retention- Recruiting sales talent- Learning the necessary skillset to become a State Farm Independent Contract Business Owner- Presentations and group projectsState Insurance License RequirementAccount associates will be required to pass a Michigan Property and Casualty Exam as well as, a Life and Health Exam. The Agency will REIMBURSE a prospect if their exams are passed within 3 attempts. An account associate will not be paid to study for the exam, however they will be paid to train once licensing has been completed. Studying for the exam will occur online.TrainingWe will train the right individual after completion of the licensing phase.
