Proficient in using Procore project management software or similar tools. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
