We send personalized, high-end goods that recipients adore, and we’ve built a team with high standards to make that magic happen.If that sounds like your vibe, we want you!Job Summary: This is a dynamic, dual-role position that balances precision manufacturing with essential warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for executing detailed laser engraving jobs, maintaining digital files and machinery, and organizing the laser production environment. Additionally, this role actively manages the receiving dock—processing purchase orders, organizing inventory for the production team, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, comfortable with physical labor, and eager to learn new software and equipment.Laser Engraving – Responsibilities (listed from most to least time spent)Laser operations – Engrave items according to job specs.File management – Run InDesign software, keep the file system organized.Organization – Keep the laser area orderly and clean.Defect & error logging – Keep logs and reporting defects and errors.Restocking – Restocking and notifying purchasing when supplies are needed.Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting – Maintain laser instruments, machinery, and ventilation.Skill development – Learn new laser skills for different substrates.Safety - Follow safety guidelines, ears and eye protection guidelines. Report on needed safety measures if they can be improvedReceiving – Responsibilities (listed from most to least time spent)PO intake – Receive, label, and process purchase orders both physically and digitallyBox breakdown & recycling – Cut down and recycle incoming boxesInventory accessibility – Maintain inventory accessibility for production teamDefect & shortage reporting – Report damaged or missing itemsArea cleanliness – Keep the receiving area clean and organized, including the floor, carts, and machinery.Equipment assembly & maintenance – Assemble and maintain equipment such as shelving, pallet jacks; handle minor maintenance like shelving upkeepLifting safety – Follow proper lifting standards; request two-person assistance according to safety guidelines.Warehouse Safety - Follow shelving and warehouse guidelines to maintain a safe warehouse environment.Skills required:Basic literacy, arithmetic, and spreadsheet skillsBasic skills with layer-based software (Adobe, Canva, CAD, Figma, GIMP, etc)Clear written/typed and verbal communicationData entry and digital file systems navigationPhysical stamina, safe lifting practices, and materials handlingAbility to learn machinery use, like a pallet jackOrganization, shelving, and space managementAttention to detail for accurate intake and defect reportingBasic facility maintenance (shelving assembly, lighting, equipment setup)Ability to learn new software and equipment with trainingBONUS SKILLS:Using AI tools to assist with organization, troubleshooting, or workflow efficiencyIntermediate or Advanced skill level with spreadsheetsIntermediate or Advanced skill level with InDesign (or a layer-based graphics software)Intermediate or Advanced skill level with Lightburn (or a CAD system)Ability to operate equipment such as a pallet jackHow to Apply:Fill out our application at this link.
