*Trenchless Pipe Repair Technician (1st–3rd Year) – CCTV / CIPP / Cast Iron Replacement* *Blueworks LLC – A Crete United Company* St. Petersburg, FL | Full-time | [Pay range] *About Us* Blueworks is a Florida-based sanitary sewer rehabilitation contractor specializing in trenchless pipe repair for commercial, multifamily, and municipal clients. We're growing and looking for hands-on technicians who want to build a long-term career in trenchless rehabilitation and plumbing. *The Role* We're hiring a Trenchless Pipe Repair Technician with 1–3 years of experience to join our field crews. You'll work directly with a Field Supervisor and experienced techs performing CCTV inspection, CIPP lining, and cast iron pipe replacement on sanitary sewer and drain systems, both underground and in vertical (in-building) stacks. *What You'll Do* * Perform CCTV pipeline inspections, operate camera and locating equipment, and document findings * Assist with and perform CIPP (cured-in-place pipe) lining: liner prep, wet-out, inversion, curing, and reinstatement * Perform basic underground and vertical cast iron pipe replacement, including access cuts, demo, and re-piping * Set up and break down job sites, maintain equipment, and load/unload trucks * Complete daily field reports, photo documentation, and pre-trip vehicle inspections * Follow all company safety procedures, including confined space, PPE, and lockout/tagout requirements * Work as part of a crew and communicate clearly with supervisors, customers, and site contacts *What You Need* * Previous trenchless pipe repair and/or plumbing experience (required) * 1–3 years of hands-on field experience * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and work in Florida heat * Willingness to travel: in-state travel Sunday night through Thursday night is a regular part of this job, with some out-of-state work and local work in the Tampa Bay area * Reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screen *Preferred* * CIPP lining and CCTV inspection experience * Cast iron replacement experience * Confined space entry training * OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 * NASSCO PACP certification (a plus, not required) *Schedule & Travel* Our crews travel in-state Sunday night through Thursday night and return home for the weekend. Travel expenses, lodging, and per diem are covered while out of town. Some projects require out-of-state travel, and local Tampa Bay work is also available. *Advancement* This is not a dead-end job. Techs who show up, learn the work, and take ownership advance into lead tech and Field Supervisor roles, our Plumbing Division, or office positions in project management and operations.
