Power System Engineer

Hybrid JOB SUMMARY Provides engineering support and analysis for the integration of large flexible loads into the *** System. Reviews interconnection studies for large loads and interfaces with Transmission Service Providers to ensure compliance with *** and NERC requirements. Performs regular and ad-hoc analyses of large load consumption behaviors and their impact on the reliability of the *** interconnection. Develops appropriate tools, displays, policies and procedures to ensure reliable integration of large loads. Serves as a subject matter expert on large load-related topics to *** management and other *** teams. Position is open to an Engineer 1, 2, 3, or Sr depending on the experience of the candidate identified.
