Objective:To ensure alloutgoing domestic flights have correct products and quantities according tomodule check sheets and are compliant with United Catering updates/changes.Roles AndResponsibilitiesSupports Catering Operations by reviewing modules’ contents to prevent packing discrepancies.Assists Transportation team verify paperwork matches module diagram before departure.Communicates with various departments and oversee.TrainingRequirementsFood Safety/Hygiene Training (Yearly)Food Temp TrainingThermometer TrainingHACCP trainingOJTToolsNeededFlight Check Sheets and gate keeper report.Cold weather gear when working in Food coolersRadioList of outgoing flightsProceduresFinalizingModules Cart Chill:Start shift by picking up paperwork from Operations office (Food Production Check Sheet & Gate Keeper)Coordinator I will organize/sort modules in Cart Chill area by flight # and type (UA and UAX flights) and stage in assigned areas.Once modules are sorted, finalist will verify whether flight is downline and ensure all required goods are provided for each segment.Using the paperwork provided from Operations, finalist will ensure all information corresponds with physical quantities and equipment depending on A/C type.Food temperature checks should be completed routinely to maintain food safety requirements.Upon completion of shift, responsible personnel will confirm that assigned flights have been completed and ready for departures.QualificationsAbility to lift items/packages periodically (up to 20 lbs).Ability to stand for long periods of time.Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.Attendance, diligence, punctuality, reliability.Good work ethic.High School Diploma or GED required.
