Make an impact by ensuring the integrity of our credit portfolio and supporting our clients' success.As a Credit Support Analyst within our Dealer Solutions team, you play a vital role in maintaining the quality of our credit portfolio. You will assess borrower compliance with credit agreement terms, identify potential risks, and help ensure our lending practices remain robust and effective. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, applying your organizational and analytical skills to deliver exceptional service. Your contributions help us manage risk and support our clients' business goals.You will be part of a collaborative team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. This role provides exposure to inventory audits, financial covenant analysis, and process optimization, supporting strategic planning and lending performance. You'll have the opportunity to develop your digital literacy and project management skills while working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Job responsibilitiesAudit dealership inventory in accordance with bank policy, inspecting all dealer vehicles for serial numbersVerify dealers possess MSO/Title for any unseen inventoryPrepare and review inventory audit summary reports with dealer contactsMaintain working knowledge of current floor plan credit policyAssess compliance with credit agreement terms for a designated borrower portfolioIdentify potential defaults and breaches of covenantsInterpret financial and other covenants in credit agreementsEnsure accurate setup of co-borrowers, guarantors, and other parties in the system of recordConduct credit analysis and monitor ongoing compliance with financial covenantsCalculate cash flow and leverage ratios per credit agreement termsManage time effectively to meet quality control standards and service level agreementsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFoundational knowledge of credit agreement terms and financial covenantsAbility to interpret and apply credit policies and procedures accuratelyStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsProven ability to perform tasks accurately by following well-defined proceduresValid driver license and auto insuranceWillingness and ability to travel overnight nationwide as requiredDeveloping proficiency in conflict management and stakeholder engagementEffective critical thinking and problem-solving skillsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in driving continuous improvement and process automation in lending workflowsDeveloping proficiency in digital literacy and technology use in lending servicesSkill in creating quantitative reports to track lending performance and support strategic planningGrowing proficiency in project management and leading service initiatives
