Our focus is not just publishing content, but building story assets that can scale into long-term franchises.Internships AvailableWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Administrative Intern to work directly alongside the Founder’s Desk and studio leadership. This role goes beyond traditional assistant support and is ideal for someone who thrives on execution, coordination, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.This is a focused administrative and operations role, perfect for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and turning plans into action. This is not a creative content role. This is execution and operational leadership support within a growing studio environment.Operations & Administrative InternType: Unpaid Internship (Potential Paid Role After 3 Months)Location: Remote-Friendly (U.S. preferred; Global applicants welcome)Schedule: 15–20 hrs/week minimum, flexibleCore FunctionYou will help protect the Founder’s time, support daily execution, and ensure that projects, tasks, and communications move forward without delays.This role is responsible for coordination, follow-through, tracking, and organization across multiple areas of the business. If something requires structure, scheduling, logistics, or execution, this role supports making sure it happens.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Operational SupportManage calendars, deadlines, and daily schedules across Imagine Ink divisionsCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-upsOrganize and maintain files, databases, and project documentation across platformsDraft and proofread internal communications, reports, and outreach materialsAssist with research packets, briefs, and decision support materialsSupport internal communications and ensure nothing is missed or delayedProject & Workflow ManagementTrack deliverables across publishing, film and television, and brand projects to ensure timely completionMaintain task tracking systems, deadlines, and follow-ups across teamsMonitor workflows and ensure projects are progressing without bottlenecksMaintain “waiting on” lists and ensure consistent follow-through across all moving partsHelp organize deliverables and ensure clarity across all active projectsPublishing, Audio & Film/TV Support (Operational Focus)Assist in tracking book production timelines and deliverablesHelp coordinate audiobook production including schedules, narrator coordination, and materialsAssist with pronunciation guides, manuscript breakdown coordination, and production prepMaintain internal IP tracker including drafts, rights, and development materialsResearch literary agents, publishers, producers, and media contacts for launches and adaptationsSupport packaging and coordination across book, audio, and development pipelinesOutreach, PR & Relationship CoordinationAssist with podcast outreach, pitch tracking, and follow-upsHelp maintain press lists, contact databases, and relationship pipelinesSupport outreach coordination including emails, scheduling, and tracking responsesResearch and compile lists of industry contacts, partners, and opportunitiesHelp ensure all outreach efforts are organized, tracked, and followed throughMarketing, PR & Brand Development (Support Only)Coordinate with marketing teams on content calendars and campaignsAssist in preparing media kits, press materials, and partnership trackersSupport campaign organization for book launches, audio releases, and studio projectsTrack engagement, deliverables, and timelines across campaignsEvent & Logistics CoordinationSupport scheduling and logistics for virtual and in-person events including lives, launches, and industry eventsAssist with travel coordination, accreditation tracking, and event planningTrack RSVPs, timelines, and post-event reportingIdeal CandidateHighly organized and detail-oriented, thrives on systems, deadlines, and workflowsStrong communicator, professional and polished in both internal and external communicationSelf-motivated, resourceful, and able to take ownership without constant supervisionComfortable working across publishing, entertainment, and business operationsUnderstands that this role is execution-focused, not content creationEnjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenesAble to think ahead, problem-solve, and bring solutions rather than questionsPerks & BenefitsDirect mentorship and hands-on experience working alongside a studio founderReal experience operating inside a multi-division creative companyExposure to publishing, audio production, and film and television development pipelinesOpportunity to build a strong operations, executive support, or business management portfolioNetworking opportunities across publishing, media, and entertainmentPotential for future paid roles based on performanceHow to ApplyApply directly on LinkedIn or send your resume, portfolio if applicable, and a brief note about why you want to join Imagine Ink Studios to interns@imagineinkstudio.com with the subject line Internship Application Your Name and Position.
