Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by licensed practical/vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants Implement and maintain established facility policies and procedures Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and experiences Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans Participate in training and education programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices Requirements: Valid CPR certification Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Work Environment: Haverhill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a (PART_TIME_AND_FULL_TIME) facility that is dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents.
