Field Service Tech IV (On-site)

Our client is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician IV to provide on-site and remote IT support in a fast-paced environment. This role supports a diverse user base, including executive-level staff, and requires strong technical troubleshooting skills and a high level of customer service. This is a hands-on role supporting hardware, software, networking, and end-user systems. Provide technical support to local and remote users for hardware, software, and network issues Perform root cause analysis and resolve or escalate issues as needed Support conference rooms and audio/visual systems Provide high-level support to executive leadership Manage moves, adds, and changes for end-user hardware Configure new systems and support workstation upgrades/replacements Support mobile devices and VoIP phones Troubleshoot printer issues Track and document work in ticketing systems Create and update knowledge base documentation Provide occasional after-hours support as needed Required Skills: CompTIA Security Windows 10/11 support Microsoft applications and MS365 including Teams, Intune, and OneDrive Active Directory experience SCCM for software deployment VPN troubleshooting ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Remote support tools Qualifications: High School diploma and 4 years of relevant experience Experience supporting C-Suite executives Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within a team Ability to travel between local sites Requirements: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance Benefits: Health Insurance 401k Pay Range: $36.00 - $41.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications) By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from HEPCO, Inc and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
