Paint Prepper

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Paint Prepper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto restoration, vehicle maintenance, or auto body repair. Responsibilities - Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces - Assist with buffing and polishing painted surfaces - Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform necessary tasks - Operate airless paint spraying equipment for efficient paint application - Maintain a clean and organized workspace - Provide excellent customer service by ensuring high-quality workmanship Experience - Prior experience in auto restoration, vehicle maintenance, or auto body repair is preferred - Familiarity with dealership standards and procedures is a plus - Knowledge of buffing techniques and paint preparation processes - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools - Experience with airless paint spraying systems is advantageous - Strong mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle components Join our team as a Paint Prepper and be part of a collaborative environment where your skills are valued and developed.
