With their headquarters in California and operations all over the world, Jacuzzi Group has been providing innovative wellness solutions for over 65 yearsThe Salesforce Applications Director supports our Bath side of the business by delivering strategic and technical leadership for the entire Salesforce ecosystem that serves the Bath division of Jacuzzi Group. This role owns platform vision, enterprise architecture, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and digital transformation initiatives. The Director partners directly with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Operations, and Finance to ensure Salesforce drives revenue growth and scales with the business. The Bath org spans approximately 800 internal users and 100 partner experience users across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning and Experience Cloud.Key Responsibilities:Platform Strategy & VisionEnterprise Architecture & GovernanceTeam Leadership & Organizational DevelopmentProject Portfolio Management & ImplementationsSalesforce Ecosystem OwnershipExecutive Stakeholder PartnershipProduction Support & Continuous ImprovementSalesforce Releases / MaintenanceResponsible for Platform Strategy & Vision:Define and own the multi-year Salesforce roadmap for Bath, aligned to business growth objectives and corporate IT strategyPartner with the CIO to present platform strategy, ROI, and investment cases to executive leadershipEvaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities (AI, Data Cloud, Agentforce) and drive adoption strategyBenchmark Bath's Salesforce maturity against industry standards and build a roadmap to best-in-classResponsible for Enterprise Architecture & Governance:Own enterprise architecture for the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with IT standardsEstablish and enforce platform governance frameworks: data model standards, naming conventions, configuration vs. code policies, and org health criteriaLead architectural review of all significant enhancements and integrations; own org security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)Drive data governance strategy: data quality standards, deduplication and regulatory complianceResponsible for Team Leadership & Organizational Development:Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Salesforce administrators and developersDefine career ladders, development plans, and build a culture of continuous learning and Salesforce certificationManage vendor relationships, SOW negotiations, implementation partners, contractor performance, and team budgetResponsible for Project Portfolio Management & Implementations:Govern the full project portfolio: intake, prioritization, scoping, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management across concurrent initiativesLead Agile/Scrum delivery; oversee sprint planning and backlog grooming in JIRA aligned to the defined project lifecycle (Scoping, Design, Build, Testing, Training, Deploy, Maintenance)Drive executive-level project reporting; set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and elevate critical risks to senior leadershipSalesforce architecture and process automation expert, capable of providing informed design feedback and recommendationsResponsible for Salesforce Ecosystem Ownership:Own all Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning and Experience CloudOversee all integrations (e.g., ERP, website, call center, Leap, DocuSign) at an architectural and operational levelOwn Salesforce licensing strategy, contract negotiations, and AppExchange product lifecycle managementResponsible for Executive Stakeholder Partnership:Serve as senior technology advisor to Bath business leaders for all Salesforce strategy and investment decisionsLead cross-functional steering committees; drive platform adoption through change management, enablement programs, and executive dashboardsIdentify and champion opportunities where Salesforce can drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, or customer experience improvementResponsible for Production Support & Issue Management:Establish and own SLA frameworks for production support, incident response, and escalation paths; oversee daily stand-ups and issue resolutionProactively monitor org health and lead root cause analysis on high-impact incidentsResponsible for Salesforce Releases / Maintenance:Maintain applicable Salesforce release enhancements (3x per year); manage Critical Updates and educate the team on impactMaintain 3rd-party AppExchange product updates; maintain configuration and code documentation within JIRA configuration workbookOther duties as assignedExpert-level knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning and Experience CloudDeep Salesforce architecture skills: data modeling, security design, integration patterns, and org strategyStrong technical foundation in Flow automation, Apex, LWC, and API-based integrations (including AppExchange)Demonstrated ability to define and execute multi-year platform strategies tied to business outcomesExecutive-level communication and leadership skills; ability to translate platform strategy into business value for C-suite audiencesAdvanced portfolio and project management skills; proven track record delivering high-quality, on-time, on-budget projects across a complex enterprise orgFinancial acumen: experience managing platform budgets, vendor contracts, licensing strategy, and ROI modelingExperience with integration platforms and ERP systems (Infor LN) preferredBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fieldSalesforce Advanced Administrator Certification Required10+ years of Salesforce experience; 3+ years in a senior leadership or director-level roleExperience managing Salesforce project implementations across multiple clouds in enterprise environments (500+ users preferred)Experience leading and scaling cross-functional teams, admins, developers, and vendor partners; track record presenting technology strategy to executive leadershipAdditional preferred certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant, Platform App BuilderCompensation is based on experience;
