Ticketing Concierge StaffThis part-time staff member will maintain a culture of high-level customer service, efficient transactions, goal-driven sales, and effective communication aligning with T2's mission and brand. Ticketing Concierges will ensure a hospitable, smooth, and high-quality continuum of service at all times and act as an information resource for patrons regarding TheatreSquared programming and events. This position reports to the Box Office Supervisor.As an engaged team member who regularly interfaces with ticket buyers, event and group sales clients, and vendors, while coordinating closely with T2's front-of-house staff —and as a positive, collaborative member of an inclusive workforce—this new staff member will help TheatreSquared answer the question, "How can a theatre be an agent of social change—helping foster a community that is fundamentally more equitable?"Essential Functions:Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and comprehensive problem-solving skillsWork to sell TheatreSquared season offerings, single tickets, and add-onsCommunicate information regarding performances and organizational policies to patronsAnswer patron calls and emails to efficiently field requestsMonitor and respond to patron voicemails and emails in a timely mannerComplete inbound/outbound calling or mailing projects for ticket sales campaignsResolve patron ticketing issues while maintaining a positive and friendly interactionMaintain up-to-date knowledge of TheatreSquared performances and events, as well as organizational policiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date patron information in ticketing system (Tessitura)Transact tickets and related purchases with the highest accuracyManage cash and make appropriate and accurate changeOther duties as assignedRegular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with othersQualifications/RequirementsHigh School Diploma, GED, or another equivalent certificateExperience in customer serviceAble to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as being able to perform in a fast paced, dynamic work environmentAble to work well independently and as part of a dynamic teamExcellent verbal and written communication and documentation skillsAble to successfully handle multiple priorities in sometimes high-stress situationsAble to work with the public and possess conflict resolution skillsGood problem solving and strategic thinking skills.Follow verbal and written instructions of management and accept feedback from management to improve performanceAble to learn and operate a Windows-based ticketing system (Tessitura)Desirable Skill SetsKnowledge of Tessitura system (or comparable CRM)Experience in arts or other non-profit organizationsCompensation & BenefitsThe base pay for this part-time, non-exempt position is $15 per hour. This position will average approximately 15 to 20 hours a week.
