Reach out to see how you can become part of the Baker family.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Understand that business is built on Customer satisfaction and devote himself/herself to ensuring satisfaction to all CustomersDetermine each Customer's vehicle needs through use of the Customer Needs Analysis ProcessSelect, Present, and Demonstrate vehicle(s) per the Vehicle Selection, Presentation, and Demonstration ProcessSeek Customer agreement to purchase/lease a vehicles per the Customer Agreement ProcessDeliver New vehicles per the Vehicle Delivery ProcessAttend all Sales MeetingsMaintain a Customer follow-up system as directed by the Sales Manager that encourages repeat and referral business, and that contribute to Customer satisfactionSelf-educate as to new products, vehicle features and controls, accessories, etc. and their benefit to CustomersEstablish personal income goals that are consistent with Dealership standard for productivity, and develop a strategy to meet those goalsReport and review with New Vehicle Sales Manager regarding status towards objectives, planned activities, training, etc.Understand automotive terminology and maintain ongoing product knowledge for our brands and competitive modelsKnow and understand vehicle equity, values, and trade-in options and be able to explain to Customers at management directionIntroduce all Customers to the Dealership Service and Parts Department, and EDUCATE the Customer on how to do business thereKnow and understand all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale or lease of a vehicleQUALIFICATIONS:Must have excellent communication, organization, and customer relationship skills.Must have an aptitude for the latest in-car technology and telematics, cell phones and iPads.Must maintain a professional personal appearance and have the ability to understand and use written, electronic, and verbal communications.Must maintain a valid driver's license, clean driving history and be able to drive a manual transmission.We will provide Factory Training and Certifications for the brands in which you will specialize. We provide the opportunities, resources, and support you need to grow and develop professionally.Prior sales experience required.Prior automobile sales experience preferred.Prior Mercedes-Benz, Infiniti or Alfa Romeo sales experience preferred.WORKING CONDITIONS:Will work in and around our dealerships, travel to client's homes and businesses, transport vehicles and work promotional events at off-site locations.
