We are looking for an organized and innovative Marketing Coordinator to help execute marketing initiatives, analyze data, manage vendors, and coordinate events. At Watkins Construction & Roofing, we don’t just repair homes—we build trust, quality, and lasting customer relationships.How You Will Help:As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting marketing initiatives by analyzing data, managing vendors, coordinating events, and overseeing various marketing projects. Your focus will be on data collection, project execution, and operational coordination to ensure successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and brand growth.Responsibilities:Social Media ManagementDevelop and execute effective social media marketing strategies.Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, etc... This includes curating and creating engaging content, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics that align with the brand voice and values, as well as monitoring social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.Stay up to date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, and provide recommendations for incorporating them into our marketing strategies.Brand ManagementMaintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.Develop and implement brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand identity.Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. business development) to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and promotional campaigns.Contribute creative ideas and support marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and recognition.Manage external contractors (e.g. graphic designers) and collaborate with them to develop visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics for social media posts and advertisements.May assist business development of sales employees by joining events or creating branded materials.Assist with award applications, printed collateral, and premium/promotional materials.Performance Analysis and ReportingAnalyze social media metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.Prepare regular reports on social media performance, audience engagement, and campaign results.Provide insight and recommendations for improvement through interpreting data and metrics.Track marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial accuracy.Lead Pipeline ManagementManage and track new leads in CRM to ensure a consistent and healthy pipeline.Assess lead sources and implement measures to optimize lead generation and ROI.Work closely with the sales team to align lead flow strategies with appointment goals.Monitor lead dispositions and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the conversion funnel.Google Local Services & Online Review ManagementManage Google Local Services Ads, optimizing performance and handling dispute resolution.Monitor and respond to customer reviews, ensuring timely and professional engagement.Implement strategies to encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews.SMS & Email Campaign ManagementDevelop and execute SMS and email campaigns aligned with broader marketing strategies and business objectives.Manage audience segmentation within marketing platforms to deliver targeted messaging to past customers, referral audiences, and cross-sell opportunities.Create and deploy campaigns to promote offers, drive engagement, and support lead generation and customer retention.Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations to improve engagement, conversions, and overall effectiveness.Develop and distribute internal newsletters to support employee engagement and reinforce company initiatives.What You'll NeedAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment without getting overwhelmed.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experienced in leading and executing complex projects.Ability to work creatively and come up with innovative ideas.Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) roofing systems, materials, installation techniques and safety standards.Computer skills and proficiency in (or willingness to learn) Canva, Photoshop, Microsoft Office suite, SurveyMonkey, Mail Chimp, Knowledge SEO or Google.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Spanish knowledge is helpful, but not required.What We Offer:Competitive financial benefits, including 401(k) matching and access to a financial advisor.Comprehensive healthcare options for you and your dependents.Paid time off and holidays.Pro-rated gym membership and company-provided electronics.A vibrant company culture with regular celebrations and team-building events.Genuine and passionate support from leadership and departments.
