STEM Educator (Seasonal - Summer Camp)

2026 Summer Camp Dates: July 6-August 7 Position Overview Do you enjoy seeing a child’s face light up when they discover something new? Are you interested in gaining meaningful experience in elementary or middle school education? Robotics And Beyond is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and talented STEM Educator to lead our STEM Explorers Summer Camps for students in grades K–9. This seasonal role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact through engaging, hands-on learning experiences in robotics, engineering, and science. Strong performers may have the opportunity to continue with occasional programs during the school year. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate STEM camp sessions for students in grades K–9 Guide students through hands-on projects in robotics, engineering, coding, and science Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment Adapt lessons to meet varying skill levels and learning styles Manage classroom behavior and ensure student safety at all times Collaborate with fellow educators and program staff Prepare and organize materials for daily activities Qualifications Interest in education, STEM fields, or working with children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, reliable, and adaptable Ability to lead groups of students in a structured yet fun environment Prior experience working with children is preferred but not required Background in STEM (education, coursework, or personal interest) is a plus About Us Robotics And Beyond is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of innovators through hands-on STEM education.
