Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer.RequirementsQualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: knowledge and skill in providing professional expertise on facilities planning and design, military construction, equipment installation, real property utilization, facilities repair and alteration, and maintenance of shore facilities to meet mission requirements. Specific work experience must demonstrate the following duties: 1) Provide extensive knowledge of general engineering concepts, principles, standards, and practices encompassing mechanical, architectural, civil, structural, electrical, petroleum, and environmental disciplines to coordinate the identification, planning, funding, and execution of facilities projects with external organizations and internal personnel; 2) Support facility maintenance and repair programs including various environmental programs, Military Construction (MILCON) program, and the organizational facility master planning; 3) Provide initial program scope, design, design review, consultation, engineering studies, recommendations, and economic analysis involving alteration, construction, equipment installation, and maintenance/repair projects; and 4) Provide technical guidance on the acquisition and disposal of all Class I and II real property.
