In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.As a subject-matter expert, you'll review code patches generated by an LLM for the repository (or repositories) you maintain, and provide your professional assessment of each one.Applicants must have clear open source contributions and profiles to showcase it like GitHub or GitLab.Scope of WorkEvaluate code patches generated by LLMs and offer detailed feedback on each oneProvide written justification to support your assessmentsConduct peer reviews of work submitted by other subject-matter expertsPreferred QualificationsExperience maintaining an open source repository.Experience reviewing code from contributorsProcess:Apply to the role, filling out the screening questionsComplete AI interview (aprox. 10 minutes)Hiring Manager reviewCompensation StructureCompensation is output-based; experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications.
