Our work has powered foundational datasets like OpenThoughts and models such as Bespoke-MiniCheck and Bespoke-MiniChart.About the RoleAs a Full Stack Developer, you will own end-to-end platforms powering core Bespoke Labs products. This is a high-agency role with direct impact on production systems used in AI training and execution. You will work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, collaborating closely with engineers and AI researchers to ship fast, well-designed, and reliable systems.What You Will DoBuild and own full-stack platforms from APIs to user interfacesDevelop backend services using Python and scalable async architecturesBuild modern frontends using TypeScript and NextJSDesign and operate data layers using PostgreSQL and ElasticSearchIntegrate and work with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, or agentic workflowsDeploy and operate systems on AWS/GCPMake architecture and design decisions with speed and ownershipWhat We Are Looking For4–8 years of experience building production full-stack systemsStrong experience with Python, TypeScript, NextJSHands-on experience with PostgreSQL and ElasticSearchExperience working with LLM APIs and/or agent-based systemsProven ability to own systems end to end in fast-moving startup environmentsStrong engineering fundamentals and a good design senseTrack record of high-pace execution at strong product or startup teamsCS background from a top-tier institution or equivalent experience preferredWhy Bespoke LabsCompetitive salary and equity based on experience [Benefits: Health coverage, flexible work arrangements, and the opportunity to help define a new product category in AI infrastructure]Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid) or India (Hybrid)High ownership, minimal process, real impactWork alongside engineers and researchers building AI-native systemsBuild the core platforms behind agentic AI.
