Learn more at www.hbfuller.com.Production SupervisorSouth Bend, IN (Bendix Dr)3rd Shift: 10pm-6amPosition OverviewThe Production Supervisor is a key leader within the manufacturing team, responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of production processes, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet customer demand and support the company’s strategic goals.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standardsImplement and manage production schedules aligned with customer demand and business objectivesMonitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify and resolve inefficienciesEnsure compliance of standard operating proceduresMaintain strict quality control procedures across all production linesManage staffing levels, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation of production team membersPromote cross-training and workforce development to enhance operational flexibilityCollaborate with functional managers (e.g., Sales, Logistics, HR, Quality) to ensure timely order fulfillment and alignment with business goalsLead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance product qualityEnforce company policies and procedures, and address disciplinary issues as neededMaintain a clean and organized work environment through effective housekeeping practicesServe as a role model for HB Fuller’s core values and culturePerform other duties as assigned by managementMinimum RequirementsAssociate’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or Supply Chain ManagementMinimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production leadership roleProven ability to lead teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety regulationsExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organizationProficiency in Microsoft Office and SAPAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressurePreferred RequirementsExperience with EH&S compliance in a production settingFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologiesUnion shop experiencePay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.The salary for this role is $64,000 - $85,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
