Job Title: Regional Sales ExecutiveReports To: Regional Sales DirectorLocation: Orlando, FLInternal Applicants: Click here to applyPOSITION SUMMARY:The Regional Sales Executive reports to the Regional Sales Director and is a strategic sales position with Royal Cup, Inc. The Regional Sales Executive position requires a dynamic, driven associate to be successful on the team.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:None.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: New Account Prospecting:Create attack plan for business development across managed territory; includes identifying activities, contacts, dates, expected results, requirementsDrive and manage the entire sales process and regularly update on progress against attack plansLeverage current customer base and personal network to identify new sales opportunitiesCollaborate with Key Account Managers at individual units across existing national accountsSuccessfully navigate proposal and the sales process for assigned accountsMeet assigned sales goal metricsAccount Management and Growth:Manage the sales funnel; CRM reporting on customer account performance, needs and risksHunt for new cross- and up-sale opportunities among current assigned customersVisit current customers to enhance relationships with decision makers and present new products while thereMaintain an understanding of current customer’s business/industry trends and bring insight to customers while looking at win-win growing opportunityBusiness Improvement:Track accounts’ financials (revenue, gross profit, costs, account churn, account activity) on a monthly basisDeliver customer feedback and competitive intelligence to the broader Sales organizationLeverage resources available to help accounts growAll other duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another related field or combined education & equivalent sales experience2-4 years of experience in sales or another relevant role that demonstrates a strong record of business growth through effective selling and account management.Must be proficient in MS Office and have basic IT skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to think strategically with a focus on the day-to-day execution of business as well as long range future planningAbility to travel, as required and regularly requiring overnight stays to travel to customer locations, attend meetings, training and other work-related events as scheduled.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Prior sales experience in the food & beverage industry.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Some physical requirements may include:Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, typing, reading, talking, and hearing.The ability to lift up to 15 pounds.The ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process.COMPANY PROFILE:Royal Cup, Inc. is the proven leader in sourcing, roasting, blending, and distributing high-quality coffees and fine teas since 1896 and is the chosen partner for restaurants, hotels, offices, and commuters across the country.
